It is all that you look for, but so rarely get. Friendly reception with a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely breakfast. Good parking. The house itself is fascinating. My whole stay was a pleasure.

This is possibly the nicest cottage I've ever stayed in. The double bed has a good quality mattress, i had as good a sleep as I'd get back home. (We didn't use the single beds, but the twin room looked comfortable). The cottage is immaculately clean and comes with an information pack that has everything I might need to know during my stay: how to use the various appliances, (like coffee pod machine, washing machine and dishwasher), as well as local information and suggestions for day trips. The village is picture perfect! Truly one of the prettiest locations I've stayed. The locals are friendly and the pub is a short walk from the cottage. We didn't have a chance to eat there but I've heard positive things about the food. The WiFi is good. :) The host, Sue kept in good communication with us and we felt very welcome. We will definetly be staying again when we are next in the area.
