The apartment was located roughly between Lower Sydenham railway station and Sydenham tube station, 10-15 mins' walk to both. It was on a main road so it feels safe to walk around even at night. The neighbourhood is not for the typical tourist, but there is plenty of parking nearby so it can serve as an affordable base of exploring southeast London. The apartment's layout is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need for short and long term stay. The host was very friendly and responsive - we needed a hair dryer and he delivered one the next day.

Basically tye host mixed locate me to different place so I left the the property on Saturday instead Sunday cose the shower was blocked I couldn't have my shower and the sink was tiny. I did not appreciate my stayed🤨

The stay was brilliant, great parking and location for us and where we needed to be. The decor and general look of the apartment is modern and really gorgeous. Very comfortable, lots of facilities and amenities in the flat that we made use of. Host was very quick to answer any questions I had.

the property for me and my work colleague was perfect. only 15 minutes drive from where we are working with free parking right out side the property,everything you need is in walking distance, a big Sainsbury’s, a Wetherspoons , restaurants, train stations. The property was very clean , comfortable, and very good value for money.
