Bedroom with decent sized ensuite & shower cubicle, plenty of hot water. Mattress protector & cover on bed. plenty of storage. perfect host. I had forgotten to bring eggs for breakfast, Cathanne very kindly gave us some eggs. The photo on booking.com diffidently does show lovely Immaculate Barn is. Highly recommend.

Value for money! We were in a situation with a cancelled flight and we easely booked the Room late at night and an hour later we arrived and the room was ready, nice and cozy and the host so helpsom. The next Morning the staff helped quickly with breakfast, advice and taxi as we were in a hurry to catch the next flight. We wished we could have stayed longer 😊

The host, Clare, was very hospitable, friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was super-comfy, warm and cosy, with a lovely view towards open fields. The accommodation was very quiet, and felt like home-from-home, helped that there is only two rooms. The facilities were excellent, great shower, quality towels, duvet, sheets etc. Tea/Coffee facilities were great, bottled water and lovely cookies. The breakfast was excellent, cereal, croissants, orange juice, full English breakfast and plenty of coffee.
