A very warm and genuine welcome from our hosts who were hospitable, helpful and informative. The facilities were smart, clean and comfortable - very efficient shower and a good supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was perfectly cooked, tasty and the service was excellent. Great value for money and we would happily stay again.

Extremely clean. Lovely little area.
Bedroom door has a lock and bed very comfortable. Lovely garden and neighbours.
Quiet little neighbourhood, small river round the corner which was a lovely walk.

The property was clean throughout, there were extra bed linen, towels and all the necessities you think you would need to take yourself were already there. The location is easy to find and pleanty of parking around. Nothing to complain about would 100% recommend great value for your money you just can’t go wrong. Catherine is a great host she messaged me with all the details and her number in case we needed help with anything absolutely fantastic! Will deffo be staying there in the future.
Great place to stay. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Accommodation is clean and comfortable with attractive decor. I really liked it. Pub downstairs was nice and there's another pub next door too. Free on street parking adjacent to the hotel.
It was in the perfect location for us, in Bolton to support our son competing in the Ironman competition. It’s just a 12 minute journey from the city centre. Beds were very comfy! Plenty of parking available. Washing machine and tumble dryer were used during our stay.
The facilities were great. I had a kitchenet and ensuite in my room. The staff were super friendly and helpful and Joan the landlady went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I had a van and parking spaces were plentiful.
