I was pleased with the cleanliness of the Hotel. A nice area and near to the Train and bus station.
The staff was friendly. The only fault I found was that the wifi was very poor in the room but I managed to get a hot spot.

Nice staff.
The breakfast was very good.
It is a quiet area, despite the central high street location.
Awesome shower and bathroom.
We appreciated the teabags and a ready supply of biscuits in the room each day. It's a real difference from many hotels we have been to (where there might be only the odd teabag there) and indicates the management has thought about guests' needs.
Free parking.
Lovely gardens.
We appreciated the "do not park under the tree since birds are nesting" sign in the car park.
The staff here are exceptional. They're friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was a reasonable price for the area (however overpriced in my opinion)
Free secure parking.
The grounds were well kept and gorgeous.
The bed was comfy.
We had a family room which was a surprise but no problem. The linen was fresh and the room very clean and bright with good lights. We had to be aware of low, sloping ceilings (room was in the roof) but this was no problem. The breakfasts were goood, continental or cooked available. The hotel had a lovely fresh, clean smell and we had free parking on the premises.
Easy accessible location with free parking and plenty of nearby amenities.
The room was spacious, bathroom contained a powerful shower and the entire room was nicely decorated. Iron, hairdryer and tea/coffee were all provided.
