We stayed for two nightsi in a studio apartment on what is primarily a camping/ caravanning dite. The accommodation was as expected. It was clean and comfortable and could accommodate a family. The facilities were adequate for our needs. The food in the restaurant was very good. A varied menu prepared to a high standard and reasonably priced. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Excellent property. Easy to find and good access to Otterburn itself and Woodhill Hall wedding venue nearby. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything we could possibly need. A member of staff met us with a key as organised. It was lovely to find milk and eggs provided in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. All in all we had everything we could want.

Everything! Its exceptional! Having amazing chefs in the kitchen was in addition to the: location, parking, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, a power shower, great views, & an amazing bar. It’s beyond pub food the food is fabulous.

The staff were exceptional, kind, knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast was fabulous. Pillows, spacious room, clean, parking, beers on tap.
Location for the Observatory! Turn left out of car park and 20 mins or 9 miles along that road is the turning for kielder observatory. Staff friendly and professional. Good evening meals and breakfast.
