Clean, neat, new, elegant. Very wel maintained and plenty of toiletries.
One minor hiccup, and they came immediately to solve it even though the hiccup was only mentioned at 12:30am. By 1am, problem fully sorted and had not come back. Very friendly host and very eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Beds and bathrooms each floor good for friends. Quiet neighbourhood. Car parking opposite. Very handy location as person we were visiting in next street. Five minutes walk from local shops and restaurants and thirty from central Newcastle or ten by bus. Sociable kitchen and lounge on first floor.
It was best option at the given date. There was free parking available as for the night which was nice. 20min walk to center was also something that was important to me.
This isn't the first time that I've stayed here, and it won't be the last. It's a really useful budget hotel for a night out in Newcastle. It's about a 30min walk into the Centre of Newcastle, and then at the end of the night £10 in a taxi to get back up to the Hotel. Staff are friendly, and secure parking is on site (Spaces aren't huge, but you can't have everything!)
Check-in was quick and easy. On-site car parking available. Tv in the room. Comfy bed. Hall ways newly carpeted.
