Our room was very nice with a big comfortable bed. Our dinner was excellent, a rump steak with frites. The steak was excellently cooked just pink and very tender. The breakfast menu was large and excellent value as it was included in the price. All of the staff were pleasant and anxious to please so we really enjoyed our stay
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
I stayed here for two nights while I was working locally. Perfect location for me, easy parking, seemed a secure/safe area off the main road. Love the style of the room and the furniture, all very cosy and comfortable and the desk area was ideal for me to work on my laptop when I needed. I wasn't needing a full sit down breakfast but the staff very kindly made me a bacon roll so I could get out to work quickly. I wish I was able to make use of the restaurant and bar facilities as it was a lovely cosy wee pub, maybe next time!
Lovely friendly comfortable pub/restaurant/hotel.
Quiet environment despite rooms on ground floor overlooking car parking and being close to beer garden area.
Great food, huge portions and very good value for money. Lovely friendly staff.
Quaint country accommodation. Spotlessly clean, really comfy beds, fabulous restaurant. Like staying back at home in your favourite room !! I worried about parking as I had my bikes in the van but ample spaces & right outside our window so all good.
The quality of food provided in the evening and at breakfast was very good. In particular we would praise the staff for their attentiveness. The room itself was comfortable as was the bed. There was ample parking to the rear of the accomodation block ( a converted school building)
