Ravencar Farm B&B, hotel in Eckington

Situated in Eckington, in a historic building, 14 km from Utilita Arena Sheffield, Ravencar Farm B&B is a bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace.

Ravencar was not only great value and perfectly located but very clean and had good facilities. Helen was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her to make my stay enjoyable. I have travelled the world extensively and I can quite honestly say that Helen provides 5 star service. Breakfast provided a varied choice and was delicious. I even set up an agility course one day to train my puppy. I will definitely be visiting again.

Helen is the most caring and thoughful host I have ever met, the amout of attention to detail is brilliant. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with every facility one could need. The en-suite was thoughtfully stocked with items "just in case" The location was also ideal with secure off road parking in an electric gated court yard. I ate my evening meal in the Fox and Hounds a short walk away, this very cosy friendly pub was a bonus.

Our second stay at Ravencar Farm B&B, so no surprises. very friendly host, Plenty information of the surrounding area (like walks in the peak district). Dogs are allowed in this B&B (and he liked it). Very good breakfast. A gas station on the opposite side of the road and a supermarket are close-by. Plenty of free parking.

Room was spotless Parking.- Always managed to get a space over the 3 days I was there (but could be a problem ) Quiet-initially concerned as quite a crowd in on the first night and thought there may be a night of loud conversations and door banging but pleasantly suprised at how peaceful it was

The food, the room, the staff were exceptional, the price for 2 rooms was well worth it, an upgrade was given, and appreciation. Car parking 🅿️ perfect. As with questions, in now trying to think of something negative. I can’t.
