Such a great spot to spend a weekend. The Ark had everything we needed all of which was high standard. The lazy continental breakfast provided by Steph sitting on the pontoon watching the birds and boats was a particular highlight. A great spot to walk from too !

A modern clean house with all necessities, and parking on the drive for 2 cars. This property was ideal for us, located in a quiet neighbourhood yet with necessary shops close by. Less than 30min drive away from Goodwood House. We felt at home away from home.
There was excellent parking available. The outside area was attractive and well maintained with lots of seating. The cabin was a nice addition although we didn’t use it.
Inside, the bedrooms were a good size, comfortable with nice bedding.
The kitchen had enough equipment for basic cooking but was a bit of a squeeze for 2 adults prepping food together. Dining area was adequate. Lounge area was basic…..we had poor weather so we’re indoors more.
The location of this property is excellent, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host had every detail covered, didn't really need to bring much with us, it was there. Loved the welcome prosecco and chocolates - thank you.
Comfortable bed, plenty of space for luggage and we brought our dog with us too. Easy key collection and hosts were near if needed. Parking on the drive or plenty of parking on the street if we needed another space.
The location was amazing, so close to the beach and little shops/takeaways. The bed was comfy with nice, clean linen. There was plenty of hot water and most of the rooms looked freshly painted. Parking was easy and convenient.
