Comfy beds including sofa bed - we all slept well; one bedroom en-suite which I didn’t realise on booking, so additional bathroom was a bonus. Secure parking was reassuring as car was full of belongings. Clear and detailed instructions to enter property/car park, work heating etc. Road quiet and well maintained. Location extremely convenient. The room was comfortable with plenty of sockets and a truly exceptional shower. Clean, tidy. Didn't eat in the hotel as visiting family. Lots of free parking. This is a 3-star hotel that is better than a number of 4-star hotels in which I've stayed.
Mohammed at check-in was excellent. He was 5 stars on his own.

Amazing how it was well located to a lot of links. Best thing it was attached to the mall.

We were in two of the dog friendly rooms. They were of a reasonable size with room for a medium sized dog crate. The showers were great, really good pressure and a good sized shower enclosure. Plenty clothes storage for a 3 night stay. Good parking facilities and was great that we could access a green area for dog walks direct from the car park. Staff very friendly and helpful.
