Anne-Marie and team could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was the best we have ever had including many top hotel stays. The house itself was a dream and a nice location far enough away from the main tourist route but close enough for a nice walk into the town.
Tip from us, do the coastal walk to Wildersmouth and bus back, a dream.

Beautiful tranquil place. Very relaxing and so comfortable. The treat at the bottom of the garden is the Woody Bay Steam Train Station. What a lovely place to visit minutes from your room. Wow! The place was easy to find and close to Lynmouth and Lynton. Daisy is so friendly and welcoming. Perfect

Michelle made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating by let us check in earlier than usual. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds and the cooked breakfast was spot on.
