The location is absolutely stunning with a view from the living room to die for. Beds were comfortable which isn’t usual in our experience. The property was very clean and had all you would expect in your own home. Would recommend this property highly. We hope to be back again.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Buttercup Cottage was the perfect base for our family trip to Northern Ireland.
From private parking and a minute walk to the local shop, it is in an excellent location. You can see the history of the building in every room and my son's & I want to go back again next year.
A return trip for me, says it all. Arlene is a great host and it was lovely to meet the new addition, Dixie. Super comfortable beds, easy parking & lovely breakfast. Also dog friendly - a bonus. Can highly recommend.
We got a Breakfast voucher for small restaurant down the street which was great. Beds and bathroom are really nice. Parking was easy in front of the building
The cottage is situated at the main road, with parking space just outsite the door. It was very clean, beds comfy and kitchen well equipped with various kitchenware. The cottage is very close to the pubs and restaurants. We enjyed our weekend, and spend most of the time hiking the Mourne Mountains - it took us only 10-15 minutes to get to the car park that's located nearly at the foot of the trail. Thank you Sophie!
The apartment was fantastic, very clean and spacious and everything you needed to have a very comfortable stay. The location was great and served as a great base to explore the surrounding area. Although no private parking, street parking is available and we didn't have any issues. Dundrum itself is lovely, the local shop is well stocked and there's a great selection of cafes, take aways and restaurants/bars which are all reasonably priced.Definitely comes highly recommended
