This was a surprise "second 21st" birthday treat (following a disastrous first 21st during lockdown) the group all said they loved their stay. Every aspect was delightful. They took photos of the room, the breakfast and all the little extras provided. The decor and attention to detail and attention from the staff made this a special memory. The guests posted on social media with captions such as "lovely boujie guest house" - when old Mum asked for the translation this apparently means "gorgeous, luxurious, swanky" (keep up Mum!)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Nigel, owner, is an a absolute star and always went the extra distance to ensure we were properly looked after, help with everything he could. Room was lovely and clean, facilities were spot on, bed was extremely comfy, and the parking was safe and secure. We were coming and going at all manner of hours, yet the property was always quiet and peaceful.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, warm and secure. Had own designated parking space for the Apartment, which was perfect. Bed & sofa was really comfortable too. The location was perfect for me attending the Derby conference centre as I just walked directly across the green in a couple minutes. Also the host was very responsive and helpful as well. I'd highly recommend!
