Really handy location with plenty of on street parking next to property. Friendly and warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable acccomodation. Breakfast was excellent no fuss and couldn't do enough for us, even put breakfast time back to adjust for clocks going forward. Will definitely book again.

It’s a very nice attractively designed terraced house in a nice setting close to the harbour. We were welcomed by a pleasant lady who was happy to remove her face mask to enable effective communication. The room was very comfortable and the shower room was nicely laid out. The breakfast was very good and the lady went out to obtain gluten free options that evening upon our arrival. Parking was very easy. There is a nice pub close by. Very good value for money if staying and/or exploring North Berwick area.
