This was the 2nd time we have stayed here, its clean and the staff are really friendly.
It was my twins 7th birthday and when I sent the staff an email prior to check-in they placed a happy birthday banner in our room, my children were thrilled! Such a pleasant stay! x

Super super clean - smelled fresh and clean, towels and bedsheets smelled so nice (not the usual chemical smell from hotels!). The hosts were very nice, we had everything we needed and could message them in case we wanted anything else. We loved our stay! FYI due to the location you will need a car if you want to get around to some of the Surrey trails.

The flat was perfect, us working 5 minutes away, Met Younas at the property. He shown us round, put fresh milk in fridge, loads of tea and coffee. This guy is an absolute Gentleman, His wife came round and cleaned the property half way through our stay. Flat smelt fresh and even left us a few beers in fridge for us after work.

Access was really easy and the location was ideal. the property had everything we needed for our one night stay. Parking was good for us.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Warm welcome, plenty of car parking too. Room as described, plenty big enough and a great shower, I prefer showers. Very comfortable bed so a great sleep, then breakfast. Had to ask how the mushrooms were cooked, they're terrific and black pudding to complete the full English line up. Must mention the staff, everyone so welcoming, polite and helpful without being intrusive.
Easy access from motorway, ample free parking right outside hotel, great choice of places to eat on-site, clean, comfortable and surprisingly peaceful. Great breakfast!
very little as no food at the Hotel all disabled bays full off raceing car people it took 1 and a half hours to travel 1 miles into the services then we had a problem parking we had to leave our vans in the bus park and both partys are disabled. please came 2 hrs later to clear all the services off over 200 drag cars and over 500 people in the car park watch the cars speed up and down the hotel should have brought in Police at an early stage .
Price was good. Room was clean and tidy. Check-in was easy. On top of a good price, free parking was the DECIDING FACTOR in opting to stay at Ramada. Room was quieter than I expected, which is very good.
Location perfect for airports, quiet, clean, huge room, free parking. Best value room we have found in the UK. Plenty of choices for dinner and drinks. Wish we found it sooner. Would of stayed at least another night.
