A bit light for the amount charged, more options would have been better. The roll top bath might look good but is like being smothered in a wet rag when you are trying to shower, the shower curtain does not work. A separate shower and bath would have been a much better for the 'suite'

The cottage is is a rural location and it was very dark. We were not sure we had the right place, we called the host and she jumped in her car, found us and lead us to the property. That is 5 star service. The host was so gracious and made us feel like it was no problem to lead us to the cute cottage and farm.
The couches in the living room were super comfy, the WI FI was very strong. The water pressure was nice. They had a hair dryer available. The conservatory was super cute. I liked that the welcome packet was very detailed, even included local restaurants.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We booked the hotel for a visit to nearby Bath, as we couldn't get anything in town with guaranteed parking facilities.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was excellent - much better even than in some more expensive places. And the cosy, pub-like hotel restaurant offered good food.
Very happy and welcoming host. Nothing is too much trouble, and she has every restaurant in the area in a booklet, with recommendations. Also, excellent security with cameras for the travelling, and working guys (safe van parking.)
