A great location for us. Close to Goodwood where we attended the Revival and very characterful, quiet and rural. The Shepherds hut was cosy and comfortable and bathroom facilities, which we are very short walk away, clean and functional. The host was generous allowing us to use the private laundry facilities for access to mains electricity to get ready for the Revival.

Good location for Goodwood Revival.Unfortunately the weather was not good which made everywhere very muddy especially the lane into the accommodation.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Room was clean, and well thought out, smelled fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent welcome tray. Plenty of parking and friendly, helpfull staff
One night visit for (Havant) funeral the next day - with meal that night & wake next day.
There's a parking section for hotel guests around the back, pub only guests parking to the right of the hotel/pub.
All was good/excellent when you consider its star level & price level.
If you want 5* or luxury experience find a 5* hotel and pay a lot more.
Plenty to choose from and served my two favourite beers (Pride and Hophead) . Room was spaceous, and had everything you would expect. Not obvious when you arrive, but the car park extends round the back, and once we had our key, car to room was no distance at all.
Very clean, cozy, quiet and friendly hotel. Very friendly people. Safe and private parking which was great for our bikes. Nice to have a drink and dinner in the adjacent pub. Loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was really good as well. We recommend this!
Amazing food and beer, room was perfect for us and an excellent size. Much bigger than anticipated. Free parking and excellent location. Would absolutely stay again.
