A lovely little pub just outside Welshpool. We were made to feel well at home as soon as we arrived. Alice the owner will do anything to make your stay a great one.

The Country House is beautiful with lots of wood and downstairs is lovely, as are the grounds. One lady and young waitress worked so hard and were on top of everything, very impressed with their service and how they kept smiling with so much to do. Asset to the place.

Fantastic period property with great external and internal character. Set in lovely grounds. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of parking space. A great host who catered for everything including an outstanding breakfast, top class!
Beautiful first second and third impressions.
