Very accommodating. I booked last minute in the area, late on in the evening and they didn't hesitate to help. The grounds are fantastic and I sat and watched the red sunset over their grass/ pond area.
I like that there was a shop on site, with plenty of essentials available.

The room was spacious, not too warm (great in July for hotels without air conditioning), comfortable bed, bathroom looked recently redecorated. There was good wardrobe space, sufficient space to work from the room on a laptop and overall very quiet - not much noise from the road.
The free Wi-Fi was very reliable. Plenty of car parking. It felt safe.

Gilpin Suite was fantastic. Bright modern, spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean!!! Bed was so comfy!!!! All furnishings were really high end! Free parking right outside! On the doorstep of many bars and restaurants. Our host Matt was extremely helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was superb and we would not hesitate to book again. After traveling all day it was a great place to break the journey, a nice clean room and satisfying breakfast next morning, the secure parking was also a bonus. being a transport stop it's only a few moments off the M6 and very easy to locate.
Location not that far out. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was also good.Room very nice for what we needed and very clean. Onsite parking as well. No complaints at all
