The property was like a new house inside.It was fitted out superbly well. Obviously a recent total refurbishment.All fixtures and fittings were new looking.It had everything one wanted. Very tastefully equipped throughout. Car parking out the front (free).Will definitely book again if in the area.
Do not be put off by any outside photographic views. A GEM OF A LOCATION. Close to Town Centre and also the Golf club, our reason for the visit.

Good breakfast in friendly atmosphere. Clean and quiet location. Easy to find. The owner gave us a lift over to our wedding venue in the morning. I would say that Ana and her partner definitely put themselves out to be welcoming and cooperative in making our short visit a success. I would definitely recommend this b and b and would consider returning here when I next visit east Suffolk.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The main house (breakfast room) and gardens were delightful. The staff and breakfast they served were excellent. Good parking.
There was lots of space and a trestle to accommodate 2 suitcases in bedroom.
There was a computer desk and very fast internet.

The location was ideal for touring from and was well signed from the road for parking. Our hosts were very welcoming and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was always hot with choice of full English or continental. Great pubs near by especially The Duck
Well, what's not to like? Friendly welcome (including the dogs!), clean, well-appointed accommodation, very quiet with countryside all around, big comfy bed, a simple-to-use shower, big telly, easy parking - and all at a good price.
I only stayed a couple of nights but I could quite happily stayed for two weeks...
Excellent location, beautiful building - many facilities we weren't aware of including tennis court and games room. Room was excellent as was breakfast. Free wi-fi etc. Parking is not on the main property however but next door on a separate piece of land which takes you into the house - not realised that initially. Great stay.
