This is great Inn, a real home lounge from home. Extremely friendly, great beer, great food and very good service. Very good breakfast, freshly cooked, no buffet thankfully.

Good Location - easy access via car. Pet Friendly. Hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, very responsive to additional requests. It's close to nearby countryside to walk your pooch, as well as being close to town and a supermarket.
Facilities were clean and in good order. Despite what others have said I thought the size of the shower was fine (and I'm not a small chap).

The bed was so comfortable and the place itself is so cute! Perfect little studio, just what we needed! The sofa is very comfortable but the TV isn’t smart so make sure you bring a fire stick if you want to watch Netflix. Loved the look and the feel of the place, felt just at home! The parking is great, and I love that you feel private with your own little courtyard/garden, would be better if it had some outside seating but it was still really good!

Pear Tree Loft is located right next to the river Avon and has a super garden in which to wander. We stayed for three nights and found the accommodation to be first class. The spiral staircase was tricky to negotiate with our luggage but that wouldn’t put us off staying again. Unfortunately, we stayed just as the area suffered massive rainstorms which caused the river to flood making getting around very difficult, additionally the water knocked out the heat pump so we had no heating or hot water one of the nights. The owners managed to rectify this the following morning.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Extremely friendly staff, welcoming and easy going, great car parking, easy to find. Busy with predominantly young clientele, excellent bar. No food available on a Sunday evening which is fair enough, but no breakfast on Monday morning which as a disappointment. Room spotless and spacious, good shower, but very basic-no bedside lights for example. Also the internet was unworkable from my room. Overall though, great value for money, ideal if you just want somewhere to sleep for the night, friendly and clean.
Excellent breakfast well cooked and good portions. Delivered quickly and staff were very friendly. Excellent country location with plenty of car parking. Prices for beers and wines were good. Very clean and tidy in the bar and restaurant. This is a little gem of a place to stay in you can see why it has a four star rating
A comfortable, good sized room if a little bit tired in places but overall it offers decent value accommodation. Plenty of on street parking in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The host Gwyneth is very welcoming and interesting character, I could have talked to her all day! Star of the show is Gwyneth's trusty sidekick Daisy, what a lovely dog.

Spacious rooms, well located, easy enough to find free parking for an overnight stay on a nearby road. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast but fine. Staff were a little bit preoccupied but it was christmas eve morning when we had our breakfast so they were probably busy with other things.
I thought the hotel was atmospheric and the room and en suite were very nice. Clean. Good tea and coffee making facilities in room. The staff were all very helpful. There was no problems with noise from other rooms. Nice location in a quiet, small country town. No parking on site but parking nearby. I would consider staying again.
Location was exellent..the staff were great and the continental breakfast was ample and lovely..free parking close by also a bonus.Definite value for money.
