There was no breakfast offered so I can't offer an opinion. Tea and coffee facilities were appropriate. I was surprised how quiet it was given that our room was right up against the wall for the bar.

The property is located in a lovely and quiet residential area - fantastic for sleeping! There are however plenty of supermarkets of various sizes within a short drive's distance.
The hosts are also very friendly and accommodating, and the driveway parking is an excellent touch.
The property is also not prohibitively far from the City Centre/Cardiff Bay, and is also relatively close to the M4.
I would thoroughly recommend a stay here for anybody visiting Cardiff.

Good old fashioned Inn tucked away off the beaten track. Great location for Cardiff and attractions in the Vale of Glamorgan. Comfortable room with enormous bed! Excellent food with a good choice and interesting "specials" on the menu. Lots of local real ale and a modest but excellent wine list. Hearty breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive.

This really was a Cosy home from home. I was down in Cardiff for work, this place really made my trip super easy and comfortable. Great location in a nice neighbourhood, and the room was really clean, with a beautiful en suite bathroom and really comfy bed. It had all the mod cons you need for a super relaxed stay. It was great having the kettle/microwave/fridge, it meant after a long drive and arriving late, I could have a quick bite to eat. The host thought about everything providing tea, coffee, water, cutlery/plates and was happy to help with anything. It felt like a really nice hotel but in somebody's home. The host was super friendly, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Easy to find and very close to the centre so no distance to walk for dinner. Onsite parking v handy. Rooms were large and nicely decorated with hairdryer, tea & coffee along with bottle of water. Breakfast was whatever you wanted, continental or cooked. Decent selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit if you weren't having anything cooked. Steve was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and was very welcoming. Great price for the area.
The location was great. The castle view was lovely. Many shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The games room was a hit with my children! The apartment was clean and tidy. Underground parking, although a maze to find was a huge benefit!

Friendly hosts who gave good advice on what to see and do in Caerphilly and Cardiff. The room was a ground floor 'accessible" unit (although we did not need this) and was large, private, and with a view up to the back garden and trees.. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Car parking was free and the location is close to the railway station (for a trip to Cardiff) and to the top of the town.
