The room was simple but well appointed. The beds very comfortable and tea coffee making facilities good. Free parking. Located in the middle of Burnham for easy access to puns, restaurants and the walks along the river estuary. Excellent value.

They kindly let me checkin early. Immediately booked a second night as the area was so delightful and my room was very calm and peaceful. Car parked just outside which is always a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
