The breakfast was fantastic. Sourdough bread with advocado, two poached eggs (perfection) and an option of bacon, smoked salmon or mushrooms. With an amazing hollandaise sauce with honey or mustard, just too wonderful. Worth going to the Five Bells for breakfast alone! Loved the shabby chic of the rooms, and the dining room.

Excellent host. Nic was very friendly and helpful. A nice glass of wine and beer on arrival. Nic's dogs are gorgeous. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Really nice shower room. Good location, 3 minute drive from the lovely town of Hythe, and the beach was slightly further on. A good fan in the room and a fridge in the wardrobe if you need it (which we used for dog food and beer). There are coffee pods, bowls, spoons etc in the drawer. We would definitely recommend this property. No charge for our dog. Good secure garden for our little dog, the resident dogs have their own garden.

The Bolt Hole is a lovely property set in a peaceful location with sea views. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The furnishings are lovely and fitting with the coastal views. The host, Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The bed was very comfortable, with super soft bedding. We only stayed one night whilst visiting the Hide & Fox for lunch, but we would have booked a second night immediately, had it have been available. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Absolutely stunning house in a brilliant location right on the seafront at Sandgate.
The house has everything you could want or need for a large family group (as we were) or multiple families with free parking on the road right opposite the house.
Inside the house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all the equipment you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge freezer and an extra small freezer, loads of crockery - inc plastic for the kids! TV in most bedrooms, lots of USB ports).
All the bedrooms are bright, airy and really good size (with at least one en-suite); topped off with the most incredible family bathroom!
All in all an amazing place to stay!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely location, nice amenities on site. Great easy to follow introduction instructions for access, really close for parking the car. Exterior is in great shape, some of the interior like cupboard coverings are showing age a little but thats the only area I could fault, save for the one pan and only 2 knives in the kitchen. Luckily I planned ahead so it wasn't an issue. Nice touch with the WiFi, Netflix enanbled TV and assortment of games. Would recommend and will use again next time I'm in dymchurch. Lovely stay.
The location was nice. It was right by the sea & right next to the park’s parking spot. It was clean & the beds were decent. The living room area was bigger than we expected so that was nice for the 5 of us. They have few board games too in the caravan so that was fun to play with my friends. Overall, I’d recommend.
The location for Port Lympne was fab. The parking available was close to the property. The communication from the owners was brilliant they responded to queries on a timely manner.
