We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Old Dairy B&B.
Our room was extremely comfortable and welcoming. The shower room and toilet were well-appointed. Everywhere in The Old Dairy is notable for cleanliness and good taste in the furnishings and decor, which is not always the case!
Den's welcome was warm and friendly, and his offer of tea and lemon drizzle cake was immediately taken up by us, and did not disappoint.
Breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious.
If only every B&B adhered to these high standards, trips would be so much more stress free!

This hotel is beautifully place, in the perfect position to enjoy the view of the estuary, and the setting sun over the vineyard running down to the river. The room we had faced this view. The layout of the room was both attractive and functional, and the shower was powerful.
All members of staff were great, very helpful and pro-active, particularly Gareth at the front desk. The facilities are also very good; the poolside restaurant and the pool area itself being very enjoyable. The pantry on our corridor was a great facility, especially the beautiful cake and fruits left there at "tea time"!
The hotel also has examples of some exquisite sculptures and other art works. The (wood chip?) human figures are particularly beautiful, especially when bathed in the light of sunset.
While we are not "foodies", this hotel is known for its culinary delights. Food & wine lovers will enjoy the excellent menu, while those who just want a meal are also well catered for.

Brilliant log burning fire, even supplied the wood firelighters and kindling. You walk into a little cream tea laid out for you. Amazing room reed diffuser, the whole cottage smells beautiful. Cannot rate this highly enough.
