The hotel was nice but really needs refurbished the room was needing decorated shower needing replaced, mould down the sides flooring needing replaced. Restaurant and bar also reqs decorated apart from that the hotel could be lovely
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely host, excellent communication, next to a fab bakers, free parking on road or car park across the road, quick walk to shops and coastal views, room had everything you could need and own exceptionally clean bathroom was across the landing.

Nice, immaculate home, comfy bed, fridge containing milk for the hot refreshments provided, dishes and cutlery for your takeaway or chilled meals, microwave too. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. John was welcoming and friendly. Great, little USB fans on each side of the bed, lead can be used as a charger. Large free car park just across the road. Not too far from the spectacular Fife Coast. Cafe right on the doorstep, Chinese, chip shop and local shop pretty close by.
This location was chosen as a base to explore the area. The self catering aspect was good for us. Local shops within short distance. The owner John was very pleasant and helpful. Parking space right outside the property.
John was an exceptional owner nothing was to much trouble. The room was excellent and had a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. parking was fine, and the Wi Fi was quick, The room also had a large TV.
I have stayed before and would book again as the property is friendly, comfortable, clean, well provisioned, easy to find with on street parking. So far always found a parking space. It’s warm.
Working locally in hospital for the weekend and needed a B&B overnight. This is a quiet location. There is free parking over the road, easy access. Room was great, very clean and tidy. Fridge, tea, coffee and milk provided. There was shower gel and shampoo in shower. Overall excellent facilities. Would happily stay again and recommend B&B.
