Lovely rural location. Great place for the overnight stay we needed. Dog friendly. Loved it being near the canal and Foxton Locks.

Lovely house with a beautiful little garden. Very well equipped (OK Google, play some relaxing music 😊). Quiet and comfortable. The TV room and gym in the basement are great. The rooms are big enough, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need to cook. The living room is warm and cozy. Parking is easy. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, there are restaurants nearby, the village is nice and peaceful, and it’s a quick drive to Oadby or Leicester.

Staff were lovely; very friendly and polite. The pub/restaurant was cosy and welcoming, and the food and drink both reasonably priced and delicious. The rooms were immaculate and very well decorated; having a free standing bath in the main room was a brilliant and quirky addition!
