We loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are large and spotless.
The lady on reception with the coloured hair, sorry I didn’t get her name, was one of the best receptionists I have ever met. Nothing was a problem and she had a great sense of humour. A credit to the hotel.

Perfect location for our purposes - short walk from the ferry and all the busses. The place was clean and spacious. We especially liked the large and comfortable living room. The fully equipped kitchen was also nice.

The location was exceptionally quiet and unspoilt by any external lights at night. We required a pair of cables for electrical equipment we had inadvertently left at home. Our host turned up at the front door with an offer to loan if we required however we had already purchased replacements. A very enjoyable and restful week, just what we needed. Various Hotels and eateries dotted over the island with a very good one up the lane from our accommodation. Walks and hiking readily available for all abilities.

The location was great, and the car parking facilities were good. The host was friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The view from our apartment was excellent.
Spacious room in the new wing. Spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff- an extra suitcase rack was found very quickly. Glasses, ice and lemon happily supplied by bar staff for the room. Free parking.
The breakfast was very good! I had the full scottish each morning which was plenty! The local produce used was very good! The owner offered to seconds and checked in if everything was okay. The location is fantastic with amazing views! Neighbourhood is very safe and plenty of on street parking possibility.
The owner provided alternative check in options which was fantastic as there was no time pressure!
Excellent location in central Brodick. Car parked on main road as no driveway at apartment but no problem parking. Apartment decor was a little dated but the cost was a fraction of the cost for hotels nearby (although they were 4*). If you are just looking for a base to tour Arran then it’s ideal.
Great location, easy to walk into town for shops/restaurants and also close to the ferry terminal. There is (free) off-street parking available, and breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
