teresa,our owner was welcoming and made sure everything was shipshape and toosey lass fashion.you had every possible thing you needed to have a well equiped stay.it was strange not to have a tv on for three days,but after a little while you realised that its definetly not needed on a short break like ours.will most definetly having a few short stays during the next year,mick & hazel medway
