The cottage was in a good location being just outside of Perth, so you could access shops and facilities easily, but you had the advantage of being located in the countryside. We had a warm welcome by the owner of the cottage and shown how to use the hot tub and the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, etc…and they left us fresh eggs from their chickens. There was a hotel feel with the bathrooms being stocked with shampoo, body wash and in the bedrooms you had towels, bathrobes and slippers. Cottage is all on one level and excellent for anyone with any mobility issues. Definitely on my favourite list for when we return to visit Perth or surrounding area.

Everything, fantastic location only a few mins from Perth city , but felt like the middle of no where. Cleverly set in front of main house which gave the feeling of isolation and privacy. Very welcoming hosts and all little details made it a enjoyable stay.

No 9 The Clocktower (2bed) has an outside sitting area in the courtyard and No 5(3 bed) has a large enclosed terrace to the rear which is accesed through french door in the living room. There is free parking for 2 cars, no commercial vehicles are permitted onsite. A car is essential as there is no bus services.
