The hotel also purchase product from members of the local community such as free range eggs (where ever possible). The restaurant serves a Full Scottish Breakfast including traditional Scottish oat porridge. and Lunches and Dinners which include local seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes and caters to food allergies and intolerances. Coffee, snacks and homemade cakes are available throughout the day, and picnic lunches and a range of takeaway food can also be provided by arrangement, where ever possible. The hotel has a public bar with a pool table and a relaxing lounge bar. Wonderful traditional hot breakfast and evening meal served by very friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting outside having a beer in the sunshine after my walk to the old broch ruin nearby. Also has a bus stop opposite the hotel where the hotel staff gave me the times of the morning buses.

An absolute delight to stay here. The house was immaculate and so well stocked. From kitchen utensils and sauces to little extras like dressing gowns and room sprays. On top of that the hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful.

Our stay in Lewis in Sharon and Grant's pod was incredible. Cosy, quiet, clean, we couldn't have asked for better. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great suggestions of sites and beaches to visit. We look forward to staying with them again :).

The location is literally smack dab on a gorgeous beach with waves lulling you to sleep at night. The Bothies are well-equipped with everything you could need. There are two more beaches right nearby and plenty of good walks start right outside the door. The hosts are warm, kind people who made me feel like a friend.

Spent nearly a week in this spacious, comfortable and clean cottage with garden, fully equipped with everthing you need as a couple or family. Our welcome was very nicely prepared with fresh flowers in the rooms, milk, cookies etc. The local village shop (200m) is offering all little things for the day, and you can have tea, coffee, cake and some hot food.I t's just a short walk to the coast with black houses attraction and impressive views. On your way you will also pass the local tweed mill. Don't judge from the outside - even if the whole factory is really old, it's very impressive inside. We had a nice factory tour, seeing the whole tweed manufacturing process. Everything was well explained by the very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would not hesitate to repeat it exactly in the same way if possible.
