The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Gave us a cream tea just after we arrived. The hotel is quite a walk up the hill but worth it for the views and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and you could tell were made with quality produce. I even got to swim in the pool .

Quiet location not far from the SW path and pick up from Portloe was appreciated. Very spacious comfortable room with extra space for tea coffee and fridge, Choc cake with tea very welcome. Good choice for breakfast.

Rose's Cottage is an absolute gem. We just needed somewhere comfortable for a couple of night and it proved perfect. Clean, thoughtfully decorated - it ticked every box. Louise and Barry have thought of absolutely everything to make Rose's cottage a real home from home. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be back! We had a lovely meal at The Barleysheaf which is a couple of minutes walk from the cottage to round off our stay which was an added bonus.

Room was comfortable with a good toilet and shower room. Shower was a power shower but was sufficient for the stay. The view from the breakfast room and lounge / bar area was surreal.

Fabulous, quiet, peaceful perfect holiday park for us. We loved the animals, the park, the woodland walk and the indoor play. Perfect for an adventurous ‘outdoorsy’ family who adores animals. Lodge was very well equipped and clean. Very comfortable too.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We came to see Cornwall and go to gig in Eden Project, and YHA had parking, kitchen with everything, or we could get breakfast there, we were given tips where to go and what to eat, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfy, altogether it was perfect place to stay for what we wanted to do there.
Very friendly service on checking in, recommended local pub or food in the restaurant which we went with, quality of food was better than we expected it to be. Rooms were very comfy, scenery was great with the beach in walking distance and free onsite parking
