Clean bright room overlooking beautiful gardens. Loved the fresh milk and fridge in the bedroom. Bottle water and chocolates everyday. Fabulous breakfast all served at the table. Nice extras were umbrellas and torches in the hall for use if required.

Amazing place,enjoyed every minute of our stay.We were made to feel so welcome by the staff and locals in the bar.A real old quirky place,very low beams leading to the bedrooms so you need to be quite nimble!!!!

The whole pub was very clean and in a lovely location. There was a nice private car park and a little play area out front, great for kids to keep them occupied during low moments. The rooms were spacious with lovely soft beds also, coffee machines and nice modern telly for lazy morning starts.

Room across the courtyard from the pub so no noise at nice. Amble parking for residents. Room very nice and comfortable with great bed and plenty of space. Breakfast was very tasty with a good choice.
The place was very easy to find and it was clean. it has most of the items you need when staying on a house and having a XXL dishwasher. it really saves as a lot of time as we cooked during our stay.
Parking is just a few steps from the main door, it is close to Burton on water which is ideal if you would like to spend a day there.
Guy (hoist) is very accommodating and polite. kudos to you :)
would recommend this to people who are travelling to see Burton on water. unfortunately, the house is for sale so it may not be available for long.
