Charlotte was accommodating when I had an allergy to her washing powder. Breakfast was well done. The bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely view from the dining room. The shower was powerful. Charlotte was helpful with information about sites, such as Stronach wood and Priest's cave

Perfect location lovely old hotel building with lots of character. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and polite staff.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Had a room at the rear of the hotel with its own parking area (and electric charging point). The room was clean, tidy, quiet and had a great view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent - lovely fresh fruit salad and full buffet. Staff were all really friendly and helpful - especially Robbie. (a mention too for Meagan and Malley) Would highly recommend.
Nicely decorated and clean. The property is located centrally in the beautiful village of Blackwaterfoot. Parking was easy. There is a nice pool, which we didn’t have time to use on this occasion. The lounges are comfy and peaceful and the dining room is well appointed. The staff could not do enough for us and were so very friendly.
Lovely location in beautiful area of Arran. Fantastic views from the restaurant and gardens. Ample space for car parking. High quality food in the restaurant, with attentive, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent swimming pool which was not crowded. Great ambiance in the hotel.
The apartment was clean and tidy and warm. The kitchen was small but well equipped and open plan to the dining table and living area. The apartment is well located, a short walk or cycle to the village. The hosts were very helpful. Plenty of parking and access to a small garden area.
Well equipped, spotlessly clean, great location, very comfortable. LOVED the Arran aromatics toiletries - they were my favourite scent! Parking was easy. Owner was very responsive.
Good location. Great views.
Very clean and tidy. Good parking available.
Owner and staff were excellent. Very friendly and good knowledge of the island. Breakfast was very good.
