Loved the character of the house both inside and out. The room was clean and tidy and the decor was suited to the age of the property. Tea, coffee and toiletries were included in the price. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The property offered off road parking which was located at the front of the property. Breakfast offered a great choice, we had the full English breakfast which was very nice.
Bear of Burton has unique, individually designed bedrooms and a popular local restaurant. Christchurch is just 5 minutes’ drive away.

The food was excellent - although the Chilli broccoli is very very punchy!
The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was a lovely place and a great location if you want somewhere out of the way!

Attention to detail. Bedroom and bathroom tidied up morning and evening. Following our request, a second reading light appeared almost immediately. Lovely breakfast, beautifully presented. Good location, walking distance from Christchurch and the sea.
