No breakfast. The location was easily accessible after our long car journey. First time using a door code, but everything went smoothly. Communal kitchen is a very good idea. The Garden Lodge was lovely. Well designed.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Hotel room was very dusty, bed very uncomfortable, and the shower is as disgusting. Parking only room for three cars. I rated this place a 4 by mistake it should be 1
it’s a small boutique kind of hotel and really like the location as it was just next to city hall and bilston bus / tram stations. the room is clean and tidy with free wifi and parking facilities.
Great central location just off the main high street. Close to transport connections. Nearby free parking. Quiet area (hardly any street noise) for a central location. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably well appointed.
Rooms are well proportioned and immaculately clean. Comes with wardrobe, desk, tea/coffee facilities, sofa and comfy bed. The temperature was good and had a walk-in shower room. I've seen other people's comments about its location, and whilst I appreciate the negative comments, with secure parking and tucked away from the main drag, I had no issues as a lone female traveller and would happily stay here again
