The apartment was super comfortable and clean. Breakfast items were plentiful if needed. An honesty box was left for items in a hamper e.g. wine, juice, cola etc plus pringles. The shower was excellent as was the bed. Can't fault it.

Absolutely beautiful property, the apartments were just perfect for our big family group for a local wedding. There is a lovely outside space for everyone to gather, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Each apartment had a selection of breakfast items which was a lovely touch. One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely pretty cottage, good parking and easy access through a key safe. Lovely host with eggs, bread and milk delivered when we arrived and other breakfast choices already in cottage. Very helpful with recommendations for dinner and we had a lovely stay. Much better than staying in a hotel!

A lovely quiet location with easy check in. I chose it mainly so my children could sleep well and it was great for that. Also, we wanted it to be accessible to York and we found the Askam park and ride 7 minutes drive away was very good and much better value than parking in the city. The house was comfortable and had all the things you would want in a holiday house. My son enjoyed playing football in the garden.
Great layout for a small space. Skylights made the space light and airy. Really good to have parking and the check in was easy.
Good distance from York if you wanted a day trip. Garden although not directly connected to the the property was nice to relax in.

Great stay in this beautiful cottage. Everything you need is there and the beds are very comfortable. The honesty hamper is a nice touch. The underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove mean that it is lovely and warm. Nice little area to sit outside the cottage for morning coffee and big lawned area nearby. Parking is right next to the cottage, off-road. Great village pub and really easy access to York and the A1. Hosts are lovely and very helpful without being intrusive, thanks Jackie and Richard. Will be returning!
