Lovely location being so close to Farr Beach. The room was lovely and large, clean and the bed super comfortable. Dinner was really nice with plenty of choice. It was not rushed and the staff really helpful with questions for dietary requirements.

We loved our stay. Andy and Nigel renovated this old house but it still keeps its character with old door fittings, windows, twisted staircases. Our rooms was warm and comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The humorous interaction with the guests is great. The meals are delicious. We had two wonderful relaxing days there.

The glamping pods were set back off the road and situated in a garden area which included a fire pit area with seating and also a covered area which had a pizza oven. The pods themselves had a fridge, microwave, gas burner, kettle, toaster and utensils. There was a small bathroom which had a shower, sink and toilet but it was functional. The double bed was tucked in at the end of the pod. A small table and two chairs was also inside the pod with a further table outside on the decking area. Camping chairs were available if required to sit outside.
On site, Kevin has an old caravan which is used as an honesty shop, in there you will find all sorts of items which you may find yourself to be in need of such as extra burners, hairdryer, binoculars, wellies etc. He also has food items such as noodles or soups if you need them, which can be purchased. The money made from the honesty shop is donated to a charity which the owners decide yearly. The owner, Kevin, greeted us within a couple of minutes of calling him (as he was fixing a fence which had been damaged by a bull) and was an absolute delight to chat with, his trusty dog never far from his side. Kevin and his wife live on the property next door to the pods and are always available should the need arise. The information pack provided was also very informative and helpful.

View was incredible and it was really reasonably priced. The host had accommodations for a full vegetarian breakfast, with plenty of food, and we had the option to cook inside or outside. Kevin was really friendly and helpful as well.

This charming pod is the best place I’ve ever stayed - and I’ve stayed in some famous hotels-. The view from the pod is phenomenal and inside the pod every little detail has been thought about and tended to. Loved the crisp fresh linen, power shower and the ever so luxurious feel of the towels. We’re hoping to return for a longer stay in the summer.

Spacious living and sleeping accommodation. Excellent facilities especially bathroom and kitchen. Convenient parking. Stunning views
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
What a great place for such a good price. We had a great view onto the beaches and sea around. The hotel feels cozy and warm with a café downstairs where you can eat and have a few drinks. Hotel room was very nice, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Parking was free.
The cottage was very clean and comfy, the open space was big and the kitchen very beautiful, the parking in front of the cottage and the private beach in 5 minutes walk.. perfect
Fantastic location - hard to find places in this part of Scotland! Amazing views. Really good restaurant and breakfast. Lots of parking. Comfortable bedroom and great bathroom. Friendly staff.
Stunning location at the top of the village looking out over two bays. Masses of sand when the tide was out.
Great staff, a real gentle rural Scottish feel to the whole experience without being over the top at all.
Adequate car parking onsite, great bar meals, stunning views out of the Dining Room windows.
Couldn't wipe the smile of satisfaction off my face after my stay. A 'must' halt if you are attempting the NC500 or just meandering through.
