Good directions for getting there. Ample parking. Often accommodation is too warm, Thirdpart farm was perfect with an easy to use heater if it had been needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.Plenty complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits. Thirdpart farm is in a quiet rural area yet only half an hour from Glasgow or Ayr. It is a big, old, spacious farm house with character. The hosts seemed to appear when I needed them and that was the only time I saw them. Great breakfast options.
The accommodation was clean, warm and comfortable and Glen was helpful.
There is no car park but I did manage to park on the street close to The Saracen,
Please note:We were upgraded to 'the best' room so the decor and facilities were for that and not the cheaper room we had paid for.
The rooms were superb, with with chandeliers and a wonderful king size bed, beautiful to look at and very comfortable to sleep in. All the furniture was lovely shabby chic french style.

Glen the guy at the bar was really nice, close to Ardrossan as we needed to get to an early ferry next day due to last min canc. Plentt on street parking.
We loved the facilities and the well equipped kitchens, as we were a family group of 24 people.
The kitchen in the communal area was amazing and just perfect for us. Everything was easy and straight forward and easy to use. Parking space for our cars was ample. The estate itself was expansive and felt safe for children also. The place was better than described and better value for money than we had thought. Communication was prompt , beneficial and polite. Really recommend this for families especially if all 3 houses are booked out at once.
