Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication from Margaret. Room ready on arrival so little bit early check in. Belated Anniversary trip and we got a nice bottle of prosecco off Margaret which was lovely. Room is very spacious, plenty off seating to chill out and take in the scenery. Comfortable bed. large shower. mini fridge with welcome pack and breakfast in your room. Plenty to choose from as we are vegetarian. Will defo be back and thanks to Margaret for a fab stay.

Lovely little place. We've stayed in a few high end hotels and I got to say, this is the first place we've stayed and had nothing to complain/add to. Everything was spotless clean, tidy. Staff friendly and helpful! If we ever come back to Lake District will definitely stay here again!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The cottage was is in a beautiful location, plenty of parking and overall a lovely place. We where very happy with the stay. Access to local facilities is great and it was only a short drive to shops and the beach down beautiful country roads.
