This quite something, this place! It's very much a decorated shed on a farm, but what decoration, what a shed :) The beds were comfy and inviting, and while cooking facilities were basic we enjoyed a lovely meal. We arrived late so didn't get to enjoy all the farm had to offer, and a summer-time visit would be smashing instead of our hurried stop on a long road journey. Morag and Pip were very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was part of their home, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Despite being so welcoming, they respected our privacy throughout our stay. We had access to their kitchen and washer, which made our stay even more comfortable. The environment was spotlessly clean and fresh, and the TV had a fantastic selection of channels.
The location was also very convenient, with a Tesco Express just a 5-minute walk away, and several great food options like Chinese, Indian, and a kebab shop just a few doors down. Overall, a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it!

Having the animals on site to interact with was perfect, and the location is so beautiful, particularly the little stream with is so clear. I haven’t paddled in years but I took my socks and shoes off like a kid!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the barn. It is truly beautiful and in a lovely secluded location.
The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is incredible. The hot tub was lovely and warm, especially on a cold day.
There is everything you could need while on a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped as are all the rooms. The table was beautifully laid and made it perfect for a romantic meal! The host was amazing, she gave clear instructions on how to find the barn and was on hand with messages to check that we were all set for our visit. First class service all around

I have been travelling to this area for business weekly for 6 months. If only I had found this gem sooner. I will always look to see if this is available first, before booking. I think that says it all really.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Traditional village inn with a very good hospitable landlord. Good beer. good food, good service. Comfortable, quiet room.
Plenty of parking spaces. Homemade biscuits in the room were a delight.

The location was convenient for the train station and had lots of parking too. The host was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely too. Overall, it was a really great stay and I'll definitely consider returning. Good value for money too!
I stayed overnight in the baker arm Inn, for work, room was large comfortable and warm, staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout, I ate dinner and cooked breakfast, and both were delicious, space to work from in my room, lots of parking, I would definitely stay here again
This is a lovely country pub with food. Plenty of parking and good owners. It’s 5 mins walk to Baylor’s station with trains every 30 mins walk into London. Bayford is a small lovely village with nice walks. The pub is lovely.

My room was comfortable and the bed and linen fresh .

A great place to stay in an idyllic location. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel provide a good range of food during the day and the breakfast was well prepared and presented, and a particularly nice feature was the jar of homemade biscuits in the room. The grounds include a pleasant rear garden area and a private parking area.
Food - WOW! Steak and ale pie to die for! Perfect poached eggs for breakfast.
Owners - Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Location - Lovely pub in a lovely village.
Parking - Plenty of space with east access.
