Room had an amazing view and was spotless. Sue was so lovely and very informative. She even offered to drive us to our dinner destination. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of spacious parking spaces. Lovey pub and cafe across the road.

The cottage is very well appointed and situated, rural enough to be peaceful urban enough that everything you could need is local.
The private allocated parking is a massive plus.
The cottage itself is tastefully furnished and renovated to a very acceptable standard feeling very homely indeed. The little welcome message and gift was a very nice touch indeed (went straight on my social media story). 10/10

The host was fast with her responses and willing to help with any request which was greatly appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable too and the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. Great location. Lovely grounds. Plenty of parking. Dawn is a great asset to the hotel. She is extremely thoughtful, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Good price for room and breakfast. Basic breakfast but offered fresh tea or coffee and toast, with an option of a second pot tea/coffee if required. On site parking. Staff welcoming and helpful.
Obviously in process of updating, with new carpet on stairs etc. and short of staff, so hopefully will be improved if we stay again.
Breakfast was excellent as we were served by a female member of staff who was very helpful in every way. Parking was easy, and it was a nice easy walk to the local pub. Many thanks for our stay. We were also impressed by the cost of the accommodation.
