Hospitality of the host. Great communication. Comfort. Location. Cost. I had a lovely stay here, thank you, and I will definitely stay again
A beautiful, independently owned hotel in the heart of Lyndhurst, next to the shops and many bars and restaurants in the town.

I absolutely adored this place! I, unlike most, traveled without a car and it was just as easy to get to which was surprising. The vibe of the place is chill and everyone I met was super friendly. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable, I felt so at home. Breakfast was 10/10. Bus stop and shops just a couple minutes walk and ponies not much further.

Location was great, really easy to get to, and plenty of parking.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The apartment is spacious and lovely. Upstairs from the owners. Plenty of car parking space, lovely grounds with the New Forest ponies and horses wandering through. Excellent location. Access is very easy. There were five adults staying and we all loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend it and would definitely stay again.
Spacious, stylish, quiet, great parking, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lovely gardens and outside space. hHot tub is fab! Lovely weather meant we could also BBQ and fire pit outside. Lovely people around, happy to intro us to horses, chickens and kittens. It’s a busy farm but didn’t impact us negatively, was actually really nice to be amongst a warm friendly group of animal lovers.
Location and room was great, staff were helpful and friendly. My nan had an easy access ground floor rom that smelt a bit but ours was fine. You have appreciate it is a very old converted listed building so it wont have the feel and facilities of a big hotel.
The food is very good with breakfast lunch and dinner menus, a bar area and plenty of parking. Dogs are welcomed and is half hour from Lyndhurst which has lots of nice shops.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The food was very good especially the breakfasts
Good location
Plenty of parking
Spacious rooms
Large garden with plenty of seating without overcrowding
Property was set in a lovely location with a good garden and access from the garden straight into the New Forest. Our room was a good size with views overlooking the side garden. Plenty of parking space. Barman and lady receptionist were friendly and welcoming.
Good food and good quantities. Worth pointing out our group had three veggies and a vegan, all catered for. I assume the chef, with fair warning, could vary the menu if a vegan is eating there more than one night.
Friendly staff. Efficient check in and out.
Clean rooms.
Good grounds with access to the forest.
Games available for nights in.
Lounges available for relaxing in the evening having a drink.
Free parking.
Free Wifi although there were dead spots in certain places. You couldn't stream a movie, but adequate for our needs.
