Perfect stay. Spotless room as well as WC + shower. We could park our car in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We could sleep well. There were electrical plugs for phones on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was made partly from the products of the own garden. We were super happy with our stay and can recommend the "Comfortable rooms" also for others.

Brand-new modern furniture. Great large comfortable bed that sits high. Tv full with programms and apps to login like netflix that you cannot find in very expensive hotels.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The breakfast and evening meals were excellent & all well presented. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family in Bromsgrove and the price for the 2 nights we were there was well worth it considering it also included free parking, free Wi-Fi and breakfast.
secure parking and a friendly greeting on arrival, spotless room and clean everywhere, mix of old manor house and new build bedrooms, it’s a teacher training facility that also takes guests, beautiful grounds and very quiet. Great night’s sleep, good shower and excellent breakfast with loads of fruit, yoghurt, healthy stuff and the usual cooked on offer, great place and price and will certainly go back.
Everything , beautiful calm wooded setting in Barnt Green/Lickey Hills , ample free parking , grounds to enjoy and wander in , bar , restaurant on site . I had a room in the beautiful old Victorian house on an upper floor with views across the lawns . Excellent cooked breakfast in a lovely room and very friendly helpful staff .
Location was excellent -easy walking distance to shops and good off street car parking.
