Location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of everything we needed in Ross On Wye. Parking was awkward on arrival day, but with the help of the pass we had no problems parking locally. Lots of choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Felt very safe within the property .

I found the breakfast really good lots of choice. Overall the service from the members of staff was excellent throughout. From checking to the bar to breakfast and even just meeting them in the corridor, they seemed genuinely interested and very helpful.
