Lovely quiet area. Anne-Mari is a lovely lady and host. One of the best places we have stayed in. Very clean & comfortable. Cleaner then a large majority of big companies! And quieter!

The inn is close the the M42 so is convenient especially when traveling towards the M1 corridor from Birmingham airport. The breakfast was outstanding, the highlight of the stay.

I was staying to be near the NEC the next day. I loved the free parking, spa access, super friendly staff, refurbished bar area and even the takeaway breakfast when I needed to leave earlier than breakfast was being served. This will 100% be my new go to hotel for when I am

The room was warm and comfortable. There was a good range of evening meals in the bar - very good. And the continental breakfast provided for us was very enjoyable - porridge pots and viennoiseries. Plenty of car parking space.
Very airy and clean, self contained little “chalet” style rooms. Lovely quiet rural location, yet just a short drive into Ashby. Nice, friendly staff. Car parking right outside the room. No steps to climb, so very disabled-friendly. Pub/restaurant on site. Lovely bed linen (the joy of having a decent duvet, rather than a cheap, sweaty hollow-fibre one: other hoteliers take note!)
Good breakfast nicely cooked. The location was excellent as just a little walk to the main street with many restaurants and pubs. Excellent shower room. Safe off-street parking. Host was friendly and helpful.
A lovely location. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a hamper basket with the basic contents, pastries, jam , fruit, and fruit juice drink. Due to covid restrictions cooked breakfast only served at weekends which I did not have as stayed midweek. Manager and staff warm, polite and inviting. Car parking was free.
In a great location for our visit to Donnington Park, with secure parking for our motorcycle. Simon is a very welcoming and friendly host and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, will definitely return, thanks again Simon.
