perfectly located for scenery, wildlife, peace, quiet and access to the North Coast of Scotland attractions. The cottage itself was perfect, like a home from home. Everything you needed was provided, it was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hosts are lovely and we chatted to them several times when out and about as they run the farm nearby. They were very keen that we had everything we needed for a super holiday.

Detta is a wonder! She ( and tradespeople) lovingly restored a Mansion built in the Highlands in 1854. Ultra clean and well kept, extremely spacious room, modern bathroom and bed. Small but very well equipped kitchen, a must as its a good drive to food in Thurso. Bring a nice bottle of wine and something microwavable /bakeable, or cook from scratch as we did. Gorgeously kept, extensive gardens! Fabulous locations for short or extensive walking in our 3 days here.

Our stay at the pods was truly amazing. Host Stacy was very welcoming and helpful, and the pods themselves were both cozy and situated in a gorgeous location. We could easily step outside, sit on the benches, and enjoy the cool breeze while soaking up the view.

Delitious food and breakfast with a lot of choice, very quiet, lovely interior, friendly owners and their dog :D, close to the Lighthouse with a beautiful view, very nice Garden also available for Guest, very comfortable bed, nice warm covers, clean cosy room and bathroom. Lovely location on the Cliff, had even stairs down to the water. It was just perfect.
