Great location; about half an hour to Edinburgh and Edinburgh airport on the train. Aberdour train station is just a few minutes walk from the property, and there is a corner shop just along the street. Also a very short walk to join the Fife coastal path. The property was lovely. Very clean and well maintained, with lovely decor that had a boutique hotel feel. It was much more spacious than we were expecting from the photos! We did not make use of the garden as it was winter when we stayed, but it also looks very well maintained and would be lovely to use in the warmer weather. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It's a beautifully situated cottage in Dalgety Bay right in the middle of the fields. You have a lovely view of the Firth of Forth and there is plenty of wildlife around. Had we known it was this beautiful we would have stayed a week. Shopping and dinner options nearby are good and you can be in Edinburgh in just half an hour by train. The furniture is adequate, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

My favorite place out of all our stays in Scotland. Burntisland is amazing, and this lovely flat was the perfect beginning. It's a great base to explore Edinburgh, Fife, and the surrounding areas. The train is extremely punctual, and steps from the building. The building itself is deceptive from the outside, but it is a quiet, clean, and beautiful flat. The huge windows in the front room have gorgeous views of the Firth, and the bridges. The beds were lovely, comfortable, and warm, and the owner kindly leaves a few delicious breakfast items. (Thank you for the prosecco, too!) The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Didn't want for anything. The town is absolutely adorable. There is an amazing ice cream parlor, there is a small but well stocked grocery store a short walk away. Grab some pizza and wings and Gooz BBQ just down the street. Everyone we met was friendly, and genuinely kind. My kids were so sad to leave! I promised we would be back soon!

The place was so beautiful , calm and peaceful if you want to detoxify yourself from work. The heater didnt work in the room. And the wi fi kept disconnecting and was not good. The room was very spacious with a very good view outside. The area around was very nice with food and market very nearby. You can easily take train for edinburgh and visit.Highly reccommend this place to everyone.

pub with rooms on the village high street, limited parking available to the rear of the hotel was very helpful. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. I sat in the lounge bar, which was busy on a late afternoon, and ate both my evening meal and breakfast in the hotel. I would describe the food as "pub grub plus" but all the courses I ate were good. Standard UK breakfast , with all hot courses prepared freshly, which was good. Yes, I would visit again

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and made a good start to the day! Parking is easiest at the train station nearby, a very short walk to the hotel. The location is very handy for a quick trip into Edinburgh by train or car as well as exploring the Forth coast of Fife.
