Pretty village with lots of walks in the neighbourhood. Good location for visiting nearby places of interest. Lovely view from the bedroom and a very nice dinner on the last night. Staff very friendly onsite parking.
The hotel is superbly kept, staff were very welcoming, very high standard but at the same time very relaxing. The room was beautiful. The bathroom exceptional. The decor very effective. Great car park. Well off the beaten track so a real sense of calm while still clearly popular with locals. Great independent garage nearby who got our fan belt fixed and enabled us to continue with our road trip. Absolutely brilliant all round. Would recommend without hesitation.
Thr room was fine, comfortable and well stocked. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Availability of evening meals and drinks was also good, avoiding the need to drive.

Beautiful rural quiet accommodation. The room was good and it was possible to heat up in electricity. Great help because we have a small child. It includes a restaurant and a pub. Free parking on site. Breakfast was super excellent. The staff was great - helpful, smiling, friendly.
